  • Communication is everything.
    Email will be used for all communication unless noted. Social media or SMS will not be acceptable. If speaking over the phone is preferable, the customer is welcome to schedule a conversation at any time to go through information concerning their project. Unless you have a weekend appointment, working business days are Monday through Friday. Within 24-72 hours, you should receive an email response regarding your proposal. Clients will have 7 days after checklist are sent. After 7 days clients will have to pay a $75 restart fee.
  • What happens next?
    Please keep in mind that, once your order has been placed, further information may be asked from you in order to finish this project. Within 24-48 hours after placing your order, you should receive an email from jmaddox@jmbrandingandmarketing.com. JM Branding and Marketing's email will guide you through the following stages in providing text for the project/agreement policy.
  • Payments
    Payments are non-refundable. In the event that the services provided are not up to your standards, you may be issued a partial refund or offered an exchange of service.
  • Act of God
    If a legal "Act of God" occurs during your project (for example, a fire, flood, computer/hardware damage, a family death, etc. ), the client will be contacted and new deadlines for the project will be discussed.
  • Suspension of project.
    If the project isn't a suitable fit, either JMBM or the client can choose to end it at any moment. The client will be notified if either side agrees to end the project.
  • Additonal
